Founder & Primary Caregiver
Fay Jolley Webster founded Jolley Family Assisted Living with a simple but powerful mission: to provide the kind of compassionate, personalized care that she would want for her own family members.
With over 25 years of experience in elder care, Fay has dedicated her life to ensuring that seniors receive well rounded health care, emotional support, dignity and the comfort of a true home environment.
Her approach combines professional healthcare knowledge with the warmth and attention that can only come from someone who truly cares. Every resident is treated like family, with individualized care plans that honor their unique needs and preferences.

Our Journey
2000 - Foundation
Jolley Family Assisted Living was founded and opened its first residential care home at 20106 W Broadway Rd, Buckeye, AZ. This facility continues to operate today, providing exceptional care to our residents in a warm, family environment.
2003 - Expansion to Glendale
We expanded our services by opening a second residence in Glendale, Arizona. This facility successfully operated for 10 years, serving many families in the community with distinction. While this location is no longer part of our operations, the experience gained there continues to inform our approach to exceptional senior care.
2008 - Second Buckeye Home
We proudly opened our third residential care home at 20104 W Broadway Rd, Buckeye, AZ. This facility remains in operation today, allowing us to continue our mission of providing personalized, compassionate care in a comfortable home-like setting. Our two Buckeye locations work together to create a close-knit community of care.
